Event Information

Menu Selection

Payment and Fees

​

A non-refundable security fee of $200.00 is required to secure the event date and time. One bill will be presented at the conclusion of the event plus tax and 20% gratuity. We accept full payments in cash and credit cards with a two credit card maximum.

Cancellation Policies

​

Final details are confirmed 14 days prior to the event start date

  • Upfront security fee is non-refundable

  • Event cancellations less than 7 days prior are responsible for 100% of food and beverage plus tax and gratuity

Set up | Decor | Breakdown 

​

  • Set up no sooner than 30 minutes prior to the event start time and is limited to 3 people.

  • Outside food and beverage is not permitted unless approved prior to your event, with the exception of a celebratory cake. FairyTea is not responsible for serving outside food/beverage. The person bringing in the food assumes all risk of injury or illness from eating the food. 

  • Decorations are welcome with the exception of glitter and confetti. Please do not use staples, nails, tacks, or glue to hang decorations. Removable mounting putty and Scotch tape are permitted. 

  • Guests are responsible for discarding all wrapping paper and trimmings as well as decorative items. Please remove or discard balloons, banners, signs, and if tape was used, please remove gently. Trash bags will be provided. 

  • FairyTea is not responsible for any party favors or personal items left behind.

Private Event Request Form 

​

Please read all information regarding our venue rentals including capacity, scheduling, and minimums prior to submitting an inquiry. Venue rental inquiries are required to be filled out completely. Please allow up to three business days for a reply. We are closed for all correspondence on Mondays - Wednesdays. Thank you.
